downloaded smart tag measurement but can't get it to work on either Word 2002
or Word 2003 - all smart tag options turned on - any ideas? Thanks

Many SmartTags (especially the ones distributed by MS) are language-specific.
Are you sure your text is formatted with the same language for which the
SmartTag was created?
