I've downloaded a 32-bit file through download manager. But it becomes a
Winrar file, and can't be unzipped or installed. Should it be a ISO format
file, and how I can I change it?
And, Nero said the file can't not be burnt as ISO format as it is over 2G. I
burnt it as UDP compilation. Yet, the file appear as Winrar format and can't
be installed.
Thanks anybody for help.

Open the Winrar console and uncheck .iso from the files list. You should
then see the file as an .iso file. I use Nero 6.6 and I burn Vista to DVD
with no problems. So yes Nero will burn files over 2 GB in size.
