download file becomes Winrar file

I've downloaded a 32-bit version through download manager. But it becomes a
Winrar file. I try to unzip it, but fail. Should it appear as a ISO file? How
can I change it?
And, Nero said the file is over 2G and can not be burnt as a ISO format. So
I change it to UDF compilation. But the burnt file still in Winrar format and
can't be installed.
Thanks anybody for help.

If you installed WinRAR with default options it will include the /iso
extension along with /ZIP and many others. This is not a problem. Remeber
you need to burn this ISO file to a DVD and Nero should have no complaints
about doing that. Just remember to choose the burn image option under
Recorder to use Nero with an ISO file.
