download vsto 2005

hi

where can i get vsto 2005 ? every time i search web i get vsto 2005 SE ,
what is the difference between vsto 2005 and vsto 2005 SE , do we definetly
need vsto 2005 to create outlook add-in? can't addins be createds using vsto
2005 SE and deploy in clients system?

please provide me the links...
