download updates manually for defender beta 2

I sit behind a company firewall and proxy server plus they don't allow
Microsoft/Windows automatic updates, is there anyway to manually download and
install the latest definitions to defender beta 2?

Yep, that updated it. Now the question is how do I manually check for updates

1) Check with the network admins. If they use WSUS to distribute updates,
Windows Defender definitions can be distributed that way--maybe they just
need prompting? (I know--unlikely, but it has happened...)

2) You can grab that URL out of the \windows\windowsupdate.log file from a
machine which has successfully update. It changes with each update, and
Microsoft does not provide a posting or source for these. So--you need
another machine, which CAN reach Windows Update, or someone to post the URLs
here.
