First if you look closely that is a redirect to Microsoft.
Softpedia does not actually host the download since Microsoft is the
ONLY authorized source for Microsoft Service Packs.
Second, the download link for the Network Installation is only hidden
if you do not look at all, it is easy to get to.
The Automatic Update is the preferred method for most home users so
that is what you are initially directed.
