download pictures

I am unable to preview or load some pictures I save from web sites particularly . fpx Some pictures work fine but lately even some .jpeg do not load or preview

fpx (Flash Pix - Kodak) can be viewed with www.irfanview.com It is a free viewer, get
the plug-ins (fpx needs a plug-in)
