Download noise

Hi all


I'm having a kindda problem with my pc that I couldnt resolve!

Whenever downloading anything, especially large files, I hear this annoying
noise coming from my speakers! Noise that sounds like an old radio! and it's
quite loud and really disturbing..

I was wondering if you have any solution to that!
