I don't believe you can do that.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

The newsreader is actually Outlook Express, not Outlook.

In Outlook 2002, there is a Menu command View / Go to / News to activate
Outlook Express from Outlook.

In Outlook 2003, Outlook Express is installed automatically with Outlook
2003 (if required) but I cannot find the equivalent Menu Command.

Check your Outlook Help topic "About newsgroups and newsreaders".

The 'News' menu item isn't included by default on any of the built-in menus
in Outlook. You have to customize a menu to include it, e.g. from the Tools
menu, choose Customize, in the Customize dialog box, select the Commands
tab, in the Categories list, select 'Go', in the Commands list select
'News', click and drag to the Go menu on the main menu bar.

Thanks, Brendan

In Outllok 2002, I think it was included by default in the View Menu as I
never changed the Menu in Outlook 2002 and View / Go to News is available.

Fantastic, Thanks a lot.
A long time I would like to do this, because in my company I don't have
access to outlook express.
Now it was possible to syncronize.
