download movie maker 2 for XP

I can't seem to get the program downloaded and
installed. When I try I get the error that the menu
program is not a win32 application.
a) what does this mean?
b) is there a way around it?

File was corrupted during download. Try deleting it and re-downloading it.

Man. I tried that, but as soon as I click on the "open "
button, I ge thte error message that the fole is not a
valid win.32 app. So I tried to save it and install
after. Same deal as soon as I try to install. Hmmm

Are you using a download manager? If so, try it without the manager.
