Download manager issues

I have a question, when I attempt to use the download manager, I get the
following message "Windows cannot open this file. file MSN3.downloadhost".
When I attempt another try to open the download manager, I keep getting the
"Windows cannot open this file" , but the file number assoicated with the
attempt file MSN keeps progressing such as: "file MSN.21.downloadhost". How
can I resolve this issue? Any help or recommendations would be greatly
appreciated

You're post is a bit short on details. What download manager are you
talking about?

I get the same message.
It would have been more helpful to BossJR382 and others, including myself,
if you would have been more specific in what information you need to HELP.
MSN does NOT have any available info on the suffix "downloadhost", nor to
MSN21c.downloadhost. Strange. And stranger yet there is no help on this
frustrating msg that appears after a download is done, and appears when the
downloaded program attempts to "run". I am using XP SP2. That's about all I
can tell you.
