Download IE 6.1

I am tring to upgrade an individuals Win 98 I.E. to 6.1 so they can
use compuserve. Needless to say I cannot get on the internet with
that computer to download the entire program. I have downloaded the
iesetup of 481kb from microsoft but cannot use it on the other
computer which will not connect to the internet.

Any ideas on where I can get the entire 6.1 program other than
ordering the CD from Microsoft.

I have seen several sites that suggest using:
ie6setup.exe /c:"ie6wzd.exe /d /s:""#E"

However, this doesn't seem to be working. Has something changed?

No, you just left out part of it. Go here and follow directions exactly
and it does work. Just tried it:
