I tried to download quicktime player, but apparantely it
isn't compatible and did not download properly. Now
everytime before I log on, I get a message telling me
that the application qts is not a valid image and to
please check my installation diskette. What is an
installation diskette and how do I get rid of this
annoying message? I tried deleting all of the quicktime
programs and files, but this advisory image will not go
away!! Please help! Also it mentions that it is a "bad
image"

Hi Tanya....have you tried a system restore to a point prior to failed
download? Give it a try....start menu>accessories>system tools>system
restore.

Good luck,

You may want to run msconfig and uncheck the program
relating to Quicktime under the startup group.
