DownLoad Expert question

I know that this program uses multiple threads for a download from a single
source.

What if multiple download sources are available and the one I pick is very
slow?
I tried to start a second download, with the first one stopped, but it
opened a new empty
file and sat there with Connecting......then went nowhere.

Is there a known way to switch around to try to find the quickest download,
apart from
starting from each source, deleting the file, and starting again?

I don't think Download Express can do that, but I think FreshDownload can
search for afstes mirrors

Thanks Fran. Actually it does use multiple servers if they are available.
