download ended but I can't click "open folder"

Hello again,

I posted this one a while ago, but still no solution.. Anyone??

When I download a file I can save it correctely to any folder I want. Then
when the download has ended I click "open folder". I can not do this anymore,
it doesn't link.. like a file association problem.
I have to go all the way to the windows explorer to find the file.

What to do about this? I can't find anything on the web about this problem...

Hoping for a quick response and thanks already..

How about reinstalling whatever browser you're using. That should restore
anything if it's that sort of problem.
