Outlook 2007?

It's a tedious process. Yahoo allows only POP access to their servers. POP
protocol doesn't know about folders. Here's how to proceed:

With Outlook closed, on the Yahoo server, create a new folder called, say,
TempInbox, and move all the data in Inbox on the server to that temporary
folder. Now install and configure Outlook to access the Yahoo mailbox.
Create a folder in Outlook whose names match one of the folders you added in
Yahoo Mail. On the server, copy the contents of that folder to the Inbox on
Yahoo and allow Outlok to download it. Move it from Outlook's Inbox to the
folder you created to hold it. Now on the server, do the same for the next
folder, downloading it to Outlook's Inbox and moving it in Outlook to a folder
there. Proceed to do this same thing with all the Yahoo folders. Finally,
move the contents of TempInbox back to Inbox on the server and allow Outlook
to download it. Outlook's contents will now match what you had on Yahoo. If
you have Yahoo Contacts you with to move, the Contacts pages at Yahoo will
have an export function. You can export the contacts as a csv file and import
that file into Outllook.

Note that by default, Outlook will delete any messages it downloads from the
server, so if you want to keep the data there, be sure to configure your
account to leave copies on the server.
