downgrading WMP?

I'm trying to downgrade my WMP-player from v10 to v9, i've joined a TV-site
on the internet and they only support v7-9 so i can't access..

what can i do? is it possible to downgrade?

Go to control panel and click on the add or remove programs icon. When that
opens look up at the top and check show updates. Now scroll down and find
Windows XP-Software updates. In that list should be WMP 10. Click on
Change/Remove. It should then roll back to the previous version.
