Downgrading to OutlookXP won't work

Hi Everyone,

I recently upgraded some of our users from OutlookXP to Outlook 2003,
however we have probelms receiving e-mail that is from our china suppliers.

Outlook 2003 freezes partway through the download of the mails with chinese
characters in but users with none 2003 Outlooks (i.e. XP) can download the
indentical e-mails no probs! We have to go onto the mail server and delete
these e-mails in order to get the rest of the users mail to download.

I tried to uninstall Outlook 2003 & re-install XP but then I can't import
the .pst!

Help!

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a KB article or advise me on
what to do?

Never import from or export to a PST. My guess is that you're using a
Unicode PST which cannot be read by Outlook 2002. See if the information
