Downgrading from W2K to NT4

Is there a simple way besides reformatting and starting
all over to downgrade from W2K Server to NT4 Server?

I have nothing but trouble with W2K Server.

Normally doing this would not be an issue. I would just
reformat and do it. The problem I have is that the
computer I need to downgrade is in Jamaica.
