Downgrading from 64 bit to 32

I am going to need to change my os from 64 bit to 32. Is this going to
require a complete fresh install? Im pretty sure it would if I went from 32
to 64. I just need to know if I should get all my other software install
disks out and ready when I do this.

Yes. Upgrading or downgrading between 32bit and 64bit requires a clean
install.

Yes, it will.

Don't forget to also get the 32-bit versions of your device drivers.
