Downgrade Vista Business to Home Premium

Hi, I own an OEM Copy of Vista business, but some function are not needed for
my use, while I woul like to access to media center. It is possible to
'downgrade' from business to home premium (the first one costs more than the
second one)?

No, there is no downgrade path. You will either have to buy a copy of Home
Premium and install it instead of the Business version, or - preferably -
upgrade to Ultimate, where you will find Media Center and all other
functionalities offered in the Vista range of products.
