How do I download e-mail from my msn account into Outlook 2007, and then work
on that email offline? I have installed the Outlook Connector. The emails
appear in the Inbox: that much is great. But then when I am offline, I click
on the email and I get an error message saying "This message has not been
fully downloaded from the server. Would you like to mark it for download?"
So, does that mean that I have to go through each message while online and
do this, or is there an automatic way to have it done? Thanks very much.

No, this means you haven't fully synced your Hotmail mailbox yet. First it
downloads the headers and when that is done it will continue to download
full items. Depending on your connection speed and mailbox size, this could
take a while.

Ok, thanks. I do have many message in my inbox and folders. So, I just need
to be patient, let it download the full items, and then I will be able to
work on these emails offline? I can see that this downloading could take
hours....so it may not be practical to do this, unless I first radically
clean out my email.

Once synced, you can indeed work with them offline. Changes you make offline
are automatically synced the next time you connect to the Internet. If you
have a slow connection and a full mailbox, it might be indeed be worth to
clean up your mailbox first.
