Doug's XP_PageFileMon gives error

I downloaded and ran Doug Knox's page File Monitor from
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_pagefilemon.htm

When I launch it I get an error window saying:
Run Time error '76'
Path not found

AFAICT this should not happen as the README.TXT says this:

"Installation: Simply extract the contents
of the downloaded ZIP file into the folder
of your choice and run the EXE file."

I have got Visual Basic 6.0 installed. Am running XP Pro with SP1
and all other patches (except SP2).

Can anyone suggest what I need to do?
