Double Taskbar

Adding to an earlier post, I have found the double tall
taskbar to be related to the quick launch. When I toggle
the quick launch off, the taskbar goes to single height,
no problem. Again, this problem only shows up on the 17"
LCD monitors. Is there a way to have the quick launch and
single height taskbar at the same time, like all the other
pc's I own?

Try stretching the quick launch bar out, or deleting some
of the quick launch icons.

Can't stretch out the quick launch. The stretch bar is on
the bottom half of the taskbar, and it doesn't stretch.
