Double Login in Outlook Express

I have two users who complain about double login prompts when they open
outlook express. I have searched the web and there are others with the
similar problems but I've found no solutions yet. Can anyone suggest a
solution please?
Oh, I tried to find an Outlook Express newgroup. I"ve downloaded them all
from microsoft and found none. If anyone has any info on that it would be
greatly appriated also.

You'll find them under http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx
under "Internet Technologies" for the version of Internet Explorer you use.

Wrong newsgroup indeed

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
