double down arrows in menus

When I click on any of the menus in the menu bar and there
are more than so many menu options, a double down arrow is
displayed at the bottom of the menu window and I have to
click on it to display the rest of the menu options. Does
anyone know how to get rid of the arrows and just have all
the menu options listed?
 
Turn off the Personalized Menus option. Click your Start button/Help &
Support, type: Personalized Menus
in the search box, then click the Start Searching arrow.
