Double Clicking problems of folders in explorer

When i double click to a folder in explorer "find" windows opens instead of
the contents of the folder. and when ricght click to folders i see the
"searc" command at the top of the menu insteqad of "open" command. so how can
i change the actions for double clicking. i checked it folder options and
shellExtensions but couldn't find a solution
