Double clicking on "create ______ by using a wizard" does nothing

In datasheet view i cannot acess any "create........" . I click on them but
nothing happens. I really want to use a wizard to do something and i can not.
Also, on Forms, i do not have an option to use a wizard. Any ideas??????????

Have you tried clicking on the wizard's wand on the ToolBox toolbar
one time?
