Blank Form

I created a form using the form Wizard. It contains fields from 3 different
tables. I can see all the fields on the form when I'm in design view, but
when I switch to form view it's completely blank? Any ideas why this would
be happening?

Now matching records? Create a similar query on the three tables and see what
is returned.
