double click an application causes two run...

hi,
iam vs 2003 .net CF1 vb.net
i have .exe file
sometimes the user double click .exe and wait for sometime ,click .exe again.
meanwhile 2 times the program is executing.
i want to prevent the user not to click sooo many times on .exe to avoid
multiple application running with the same .exe

how to prevent it.
