double accounting underline

I have read postings that suggested using the "double accounting underline".
how do i create the double accounting underline.

Hi

As an alternative to Ann's suggestion, you could also try
Format>Cells>Alignment>Horizontal>Fill
Then just type an = sign in the cell and it will fill across.

It's so nice that they give us so many ways... but they can't make Word have
multiple levels like Excel? Some "Excel'er" said to me today: "But what do
you expect, it's Word isn't it. When you have to work with an inferior Excel
add-in like Word..."
