Modify the TOC 2 paragraph style so that it has a dot leader in
front of the page number tab. If you have Word 2003 or earlier,
there is a good tutorial on modifying styles at http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/styles/ModifyAStyle.html . The
principles are the same in Word 2007, but what you click on to do
it is a little bit different.
