dos memory problem

Hi,
I am trying to run a dos game under Win XP. I keep getting
a error that i
don't have enough free memory and too see "himem.sys".
I've been to
himem.sys and see nothing that can be changed. I also have
tried to reboot with a start-up disk but also was
unsuccessful. Please Help.

Have you edited the game's PIF, Bruno? There are details in Help and
Support for allowing XMS and EMS memory with some minor editing. Do a
search for "PIF" without the quotes.
