accedently in xp my data convert to short file names.
please how i convert long filenames.
help me

How did you convert your filenames to short versions? They might appear short like : filena~1.doc but does it appear full length in windows explorer?
 
yes they might appear short like TESTFO~1.EXE.
and not appeart in full length in windows explorer.

If it isn't full length in Windows I don't think you can get the old filename back, as once it's renamed there is no store of the old filename. The only way would be manually changing them :(
