MS Hello,

I have been trying to implement the MS KB article 324270

But I cannot tell if it is asking me to create the registry keys or if they
already exist?

maybe someone could direct me please?

That does not matter. If you find the registry is useful, then whether it
exists or not, you just create it or modify it. That's all you need to do.

Well I do not see the keys that I thought were supposed to be there
according to the KB Article
This is what confused me, especially when it says a 0 is the default. You
would think it was already there?
