Donwload Accelerator in Win XP SP3 ?

How do I know if I have a "Download Accelerator Utility" on my Win XP (Sp3).?
Have to update driver for Nvidia GeForce FX 5200, and on their website, they
recommend that any "Download Accelerator Utility" must be disabled before
installing driver update, or driver will not configure correctly .

unless you installed one yourself....you don't have one
