Don't store select sent emails in my sent folder

Is there a way to avoid select sent emails from being stored to my sent
folder (maybe a hotkey solution). I want many of my originated emails,
replies, and forwarded emails to be saved, but there are also many occasions
that I don't need to save particular sent emails.
I'm using Outlook 2003.

Before sending the message, click View>Options and disable saving the
particular message.
