don't show window when i insert cd/dvd

i need your help, please
my pc : windows xp pro sp2
when i insert a cd or a dvd in my player, a window appairs and ask me what i
want :
-look photos
-play dvd video
-...
-do nothing

i don't care about this window
i would like this window never never never appair, how can i do ?
