don't open explorer windows as new process

How would I edit the system.adm file to add the ability to control windows
explorer option of opening windows as a new process? Here is the registry
info:
User Key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
Value Name: SeparateProcess
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)
I need to be able to control this using GP not from the folder options of
each separate user. thanks!

Hi John

It's better if you create your own .ADM file for this rather than editing
the system.adm. There's a chance that a future service pack release will
replace your edited system.adm and then the setting will be orphaned.

For information regarding the creation of a custom .ADM file, please refer
