dont know what to do

i cannot get my message to send it says my address isnt valid and i did the
right pop3 and smtp so im really upset i have no idea what to do
 
You probably get an error message when you try to send.
Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without that error message.

What type of attachment, DOC, PPS, PDF?
Do you have the program that is supposed to open those attachments?
Can you save the attachment, then open the saved file outside of
Windows Mail?
