How can I fix the problem of applications that are
minimized on the taskbar and if I click on them they don't
get maximized. I have to right click on them and say
maximize ot restore. They seem to be stuck down there.
Any clues!

I know this glitch from Microsoft Photoeditor.
It sets the initial screen size to something odd for a reason.
For this program I know were to delete the screen settings in
the registry, after that it works as it should.
In other words: the problem and solution is not Windows generic.

What are thelications you see this problem?
