Don't have the button to send & recieve mail?

In Microsoft Outlook 2003, I DON'T have the commond button to send or
recieved mail on the tool button. Therefore I CAN'T SEND OR RECIECE ANY MAIL
AT ALL. I have tried to fix the problem every way I even reinstalled the
program to no vail. CAN ANY ONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG AND HOW TO FIX
IT!!!????.

One thing you can try is to right-click in the toolbar area, and select
"Customize," click on the "Commands" tab, in the left list box for
Categories click on the "Standard" category. Scroll down the right Commands
list box and find the Send/Receive option. Simply drag/drop this item on
the toolbar.
