Don't have signon with Domain choice

Just got a new Dell Optiplex GX270 that is attached to a
network. When I signon I can see my workgroup computers
and can map drives so I know it is on the network. The
others on the network ask for the domain at signon but
this one does not. They were setup with XP PRO by a third
party. I did the setup when I got it. I am sure it is
just some setting but don't know where to find it. Thanks
for your assistance in advance
