dont have permissions to install

at my work place, we have a problem with permissions to install programs on
one pc, i have fresh installed xp pro, witch is connected with 2 other pc's
to windows 2003 server, when i try and install some softwares like
regcleaner, or other maintenance stuff, i get a error messege saying cannot
read or write file due to wrong permissions, now seeing i have admin rights
and it has been working since the install, why is this problem here, please
help.

Maybe you don't realize that it has also disabled your shift keys.
