don't display on behalf of

I have 2 "generic" emailboxes that I send emails from. One account distplays
only the mailbox name in the "From:" line. My other account displays "[my
name] sent of behalf of [generic mailbox]." How do I remove it from adding
the on behalf of.
 
There's nothing you can do about this. But if it's an Exchange mailbox, the
administrator can grant you Send As permission, which will make the "on
behalf of" go away.
 
What are the steps to grant Send As permission?

For Exchange 2007, see
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998291(EXCHG.80).aspx. If that's
not the version you have, then a search of Microsoft's site will turn it up.
Your administrator should know, in any case.

Contact your Exchange admin as that is something they will have to alter
for attributes regarding the account you want to take over. Also see:
