Domains Admins vs Administrators group

I would like to know what's difference betweetn domain admins vs
administrators group in Win2k server

Administrators is a local admin group and is a per machine setting, although
when part of a domain the Domain Admins are added to the local Admins group.

Domain Admins are as the name implies, overseerers of the entire domain.

The additional one is Enterprise Admins which is the top level AD admin
group and allows AD forest admin changes.
