HI

When I install Win XP professionel edition it did not ask
me if I belong to Worgroup or a Domain

It install as workgroup by default

Did I miss anything
Can I change from workgroup to domain

Right click "My Computer" and choose properties.
Then go to the "Computer Name" tab.

Join the domain from there by clicking the "Change" button.

If your network card is not accessible to Windows during Setup (i.e. there's
no built-in driver for it), Windows won't ask you about workgroup/domain
membership, since it can't join a domain anyway.
