Change default printer for new user

How can I change the default printer for new users of a Win XP SP2 PC?

These are (mostly) in Win2K/Win2003 SBS domains, although some are in
workgroups (I manage a number of small business networks). I would like, in
many cases, to pick a default printer so that as new users in the domain (or
on the PC) log onto the PC, they all get the same (AND CORRECT) default
printer, not the Microsoft XPS Document Writer, Intuit Internal Printer, or
some other non-usable printer. I spend too much time explaining how to set
default printers as people move around.

Yes. I just try to manage these systems for the maximum ease of configuration
for the client, so right now, as soon as I set up a new user in AD, I log
onto the PC the user will use, configure everything, and turn the user loose
