domain printer

I have a windows 2000 setup with an Active Directory. I have printers on
our network setup with everyone having full control. I'm trying to allow
non-domain users that visit to have the rights to print to our printers.
They can't added the printers without being logged onto our domain. I've
added the Internet Printing capability, but even that requires a domain
login to add the printers. How can I set it up to allow everyone that is in
my office to add/print to any printer?

The domain controller is also the print server.
