Domain Names and web sites

I was attempting to download the new office 2007 and I was asked for my email
address but I was unable to insert my normal address so I made up a web
address just to see what happens. I now find I have a domain address
according to officelive. My question is how do I access this domain and build
my own web site if there really is one or alternatively how do I delete it so
I can create my own domain address?
